Reimbursement

Reimbursement Request Procedures
With regards to reimbursement and financial support, the goal is that the funds are provided at the most local level if possible, and when not possible, requests are made to regional institutions. If possible, please first reach out to the Local Spiritual Assembly or the Area Teaching Committee where the activity is taking place to request for reimbursement, and when not possible, the below instructions are for reimbursement from the Regional Baha’i Council of California.
For reimbursements through ACH direct deposit, which takes around 2 weeks, please use this form:
You have to make a copy of the file to edit it, select "file" and "make a copy"; there are drop-down options for "category" and "activity". Then send that form, along with a picture of all the receipts, to treasurer@rbcca.org
If this is your first reimbursement from the Regional Council, or you need to change your bank account, please fill out this form as well.
For reimbursements through Zelle, which takes around 2 days, but has a $1000 limit, please use this form; and the receipts can be uploaded through the google form.
